Bills to Amend CSA Would Speed Scheduling Process for Some Drugs, Provide New Rights to Registrants

The House Energy and Commerce Committee June 10 approved by voice vote two bills that would amend the Controlled Substances Act to speed scheduling of certain drugs and to provide new rights to registrants that are subject to enforcement proceedings.
