Citing Alleged Monitoring Failures, DEA Suspends Cardinal's License to Ship From Florida Facility

A federal district court has upheld the DEA's suspension of Cardinal Health's license to ship controlled substances from its Lakeland, Fla., distribution center, ruling Feb. 29 that Cardinal was not entitled to a preliminary injunction halting the suspension.   "Registrants are supposed to be aware if their customers make them suspicious and report that to the DEA."    ...
