DEA Removes Naldemedine From Control; Drug Used to Treat Opioid Constipation

The Drug Enforcement Administration published a final rule removing naldemedine compounds from Controlled Substances Act control, as proposed on July 12 (82 Fed. Reg. 45436; Sept. 29, 2017).
