A New York anesthesiologist has pleaded guilty to identity theft and unlawful possession of hydromorphone that he prescribed for deceased patients.
Dr. Paul Biddle of Amherst, N.Y., who operated a pain management and medical marijuana practice, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
