DOJ Names Prosecutor as New Federal Opioid Coordinator

The U.S. Department of Justice announced the appointment of an experienced prosecutor to serve as the first director of opioid enforcement and prevention, a position intended to improve nationwide coordination of efforts to address the opioid crisis.
Mary Daly will serve as the director of opioid enforcement and prevention efforts in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General.
