Three officials at a Kentucky addiction clinic were convicted March 20 on charges of conspiring to unlawfully distribute controlled substances as well as fraudulently billing federal health care programs for more than $8 million (United States v. Alzadon, No. 5:23-cr-00009-KKC-MAS (E.D. Ky.)).
