Kroger to Pay $225K to Settle Alleged CSA Violations in Virginia

Kroger LP and Kroger Pharmacy have agreed to pay $225,000 to settle civil allegations that the Controlled Substances Act was violated more than a dozen times at a Rio Hill Center store in Charlottesville, Virginia.
