The DEA has revoked the agency registrations of a California physician who offered unsolicited Xanax (alprazolam) to an undercover FBI agent, saying that the physician’s “egregious” conduct was like that of a drug dealer (Jennings Staley, M.D.; Decision and Order, 87 Fed.
