Proposal Would Remove Samidorphan from CSA Control

The DEA has proposed removing samidorphan (3-carboxamido-4-hydroxy naltrexone) from all Controlled Substances Act (CSA) schedules (85 Fed. Reg, 79450, Dec. 10, 2020).
Samidorphan is currently a Schedule II controlled substance because it can be derived from opium alkaloids.
