Rite Aid to Pay $300K for Filling Prescriptions Above State Dosage Limits

Rite Aid has agreed to pay $300,000 to settle allegations that it's stores filled prescriptions for controlled substances, including the cannabinoid dronabinol, in excess of dosages allowed under state law, Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin announced.
